Jim Toth Solutions, LLC was started with the intention of providing large company functions to individual plating or coating companies to augment the skills of their existing staff on a consulting basis without addition of a full time person. With a love of chemistry, and fundamental understanding of electroplating and other chemical and mechanical coating processes, coupled with 40 years of experience in all aspects of electroplating, Jim Toth Solutions is ready to improve your operational excellence. Jim is a CEF - Certified Electroplater Finisher - certified by the American Electroplaters Society. Jim is experienced in all aspects of electroplating, from direct hands-on shop floor management, to process research & development, process troubleshooting, process control and process management. Jim has worked with rack plating, barrel plating, high volume continuous operations to low volume manual operations. Shop floor tested by applying project management skills to install new process lines alongside working production lines, or adding machine upgrades to an existing machine. Jim loves mentoring and sharing his experience; if your staff or employees require training to enable them to perform their jobs more effectively, training systems can be developed that are tailored to your operation for new or long term employees. Experienced in the application AIAG CQI-11 and CQI-12 assessments to drive continual improvement actions in large and small scale operations. Certified auditor with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 quality management systems.
